IBM MobileFirst Platform (previously known as Worklight Foundation) is a suite of tools and services for building enterprise mobile and tablet applications. Its client-side API is available for native iOS (Objective-C), native Android (Java), J2ME, C# native Windows Phone (C#), and JavaScript for cross-platform hybrid OR mobile-web applications. MobileFirst Platform is available on-premise or in the cloud.
